RETURNS & REFUNDS
At ALEA STUDIO, we want every purchase to be fully satisfying.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please send a request via email to: info@aleaofficial.com, including your order number.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and in perfect condition

be returned in its original packaging

include all accessories and original tags (e.g. dust bag)
ALEA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days
using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The refunded amount will correspond to the product price, minus any return shipping costs.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by ALEA STUDIO.

Die von ALEA STUDIO verkauften Produkte entsprechen den europäischen Vorschriften über die Konformität von Waren (Richtlinie (EU) 2019/771). Im Falle einer Vertragswidrigkeit hat der Kunde gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen Anspruch auf Reparatur, Ersatz oder Rückerstattung.
INTERNATIONALER VERSAND
Bei Bestellungen, die außerhalb der Europäischen Union versendet werden, gehen etwaige Zollgebühren und Einfuhrabgaben zulasten des Kunden.
