Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed starting from the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Each order is carefully prepared, from product selection to packaging.
While we strive to ensure fast shipping, processing times reflect the attention dedicated to every stage of the process.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be subject to slight delays.

Italy: always free shipping
European Union and non-EU countries:
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and displayed before order confirmation.
Any customs duties or import taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
PACKAGING
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit.

ALEA STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or force majeure.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERIES
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
In the event of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, any additional shipping costs
for reshipment will be charged to the customer.
